Our Chicago Williams has seating for up to 118 inside as well as 40 additional seats on the outdoor patio, making it an ideal spot for welcoming all of your guests. But seated dinners aren’t the only style of grand event: consider a release party, literary reading or poetry slam, an intimate concert or whatever else may come to mind – we are eager to help you organize an unforgettable event. And if you and your guests want to fall into bed right after a long evening, we have rooms available as well.

It all started in Berlin: In 2003, Nawid Samawat successfully completed his training as a restaurateur. A few years and several bartender courses later, he arrived in the city of Frankfurt. Key stops along the way here include the Gerbermühle, where he worked as the bar chef and the Roomers Bar in Frankfurt. This was vital to his journey, since it was in these establishments that he got to know the owners of both, Alex Urseanu and Micky Rosen.
After a few years back in Berlin and an experience in self-employment, he resolved to return to establish Chicago Williams BBQ and the relationship established among the three friends continues to hold today. Nawid observes: “We are bratners – half brothers, half partners.” He was keen to expand his Chicago Williams BBQ concept with a second branch in Frankfurt. And what better fit than in the Gekko House?
